Hi! I'm Andrew Caldwell, a research scientist at UC San Diego working on systems biology of Alzheimer's Disease.

I'm intereted in experimental methods for high throughput sequencing, bioinformatics data processing analysis, -omics integration, and mechanistic systems biology of neurodegenerative diseases.
